State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur FY’10 net up over 12%

State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur said its net profit rose by 12.81 per cent to Rs 455.16 crore for the year ended March 31,2010.

State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur said its net profit rose by 12.81 per cent to Rs 455.16 crore for the year ended March 31,2010.

Total income of the bank rose to Rs 4,559.89 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31,from Rs 4,387.33 crore in the same period last fiscal,State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ) said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The board of directors of the company has approved to pay a dividend of Rs 14.40 per share on the face value of Rs 10 per share to the shareholders,the filing added.

Shares of SBBJ were trading at Rs 477 on the BSE,up 2.57 per cent from previous close.
