Omar denies minor being detained under PSA in J-K

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has said that no minor has been detained under the Public Safety Act (PSA) in the state.

“I was just going to message you. No minors detained under PSA,” Omar said in reply to a tweet on his account on the micro-blogging site Twitter.

Omar was replying to a query posed by a Kashmiri citizen that one 17-year-old Shadab Hussain was arrested under PSA,asking the CM to check the charges slapped against him.
