No threat to tourists in Kashmir: Omar

Tourists faced no threat in Kashmir Valley,the Chief Minister said.

Reports say nearly 35 to 40 militants,most of them belonging to LeT,have entered the Valley through Kupwara and Gurez sectors in north Kashmir.

The Chief Minister asked separatists “why you try to create unrest in summers when Kashmir witnesses a huge tourist rush?

“If you want to create unrest try do it in winter. Why you do it in summers? There are so many people who earn their livelihood from the income generated by tourists. Why are you trying to ruin their lives?”
