Nitish ties rakhi to tree

“Today,the people of Bihar should pledge that every one of them will plant at least one tree each and tie rakhis to trees across the state,” he told the gathering.

He highlighted the steps taken by his government for planting trees under the ‘Green Bihar Programme.’

Modi,who holds additional charge of forest and environment,too tied rakhis to trees in the park on the occasion.
