34 IAS officials reshuffled in Bihar

The Principal Secretary (Education) Anjani Kumar Singh has been made the new Principal Secretary (Agriculture) and given additional charge of the Principal Secretary (Art,Culture and Youth Affairs),while the Principal Secretary (Urban Development) has been shifted to the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries department as the Principal Secretary,it said.

The Principal Secretary (Panchayat Raj) Manoj Kumar Srivastava has been transferred to the Parliamentary Affairs department in the same post,while the Principal Secretary (Labour) Vyasji has been made the new Principal Secretary (Health and will hold the additional charge of the Principal Secretary (Disaster Management).

The Principal Secretary (General Administration) Deepak Kumar,who was holding additional charge of Principal Secretary (Tourism),has been given additional responsibility of the Principal Secretary (Public Relations Department,while the Principal Secretary (Transport) R.K. Mahajan has been vested with additional charge as the Transport Commissioner.

The 1987 batch IAS officer Amrit Lal Meena,who was waiting for posting,has been made the Labour Secretary,while the Principal Secretary (Animal Husbandry and Fisheries) Sudhir Kumar has been made been made the Principal Secretary (Urban Development and Building).

The additional departmental investigation commissioner in general administration department Sunil Barthwal has been made the permanent commissioner,Bihar,at New Delhi,while Rahul Singh has been shifted as the Bihar Education Project Council Director and given additional responsibility of the project director of the secondary education project.

The Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Ltd Chairman Bipin Kumar has been transferred to New Delhi as the Deputy Permanent Commissioner,Bihar.

Madhubani’s district magistrate Rajiv Hans has been transferred to Patna and posted as the The Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Ltd Chairman,while the Trade Tax Additional Commissioner D.K. Srivastava has been made the Tourism Director.

Bhagalpur’s district magistrate Narmadeshwar Lal has been transferred to Darbhanga in the same capacity,while Begusarai district magistrate Jitendra Srivastava has been transferred to Vaishali in the same capacity.

Siwan district magistrate Lokesh Kumar Singh has been transferred to Patna and made the project director of the Bihar Gram Swaraj yojana Society,while Kaimur district magistrate Asangma Y. Aao has been ordered to report for work in the general administration department.

Darbhanga district magistrate R. Laxmanan has been transferred and posted as the Director Mid-Day Meal (MDM) in education department,while Sheikhpur district magistrate Virendra Prasad Yadav has been posted in the same capacity.

Buxur district magistrate Ajay Yadav has been transferred and made the project director,Bihar Koshi Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Society at Patn,while Banka district magistrate Adesh Titirmare has been shifted in the same capacity to Madhubani.

Katihar district magistrate Ashwani Duttatrey Thakre has been transferred in the same capacity to Sitamarhi in replace of Dayavidhan Pandey who has been made the excise commissioner-cum registration IG at Patna.
