SSC examinations results: Vasai school topper dies of liver infection

Aarohi Vartak from Vasai could not survive to celebrate her success in SSC examinations,results for which were announced today.

Aarohi,the student of the Convent of Jesus and Mary here,stood first in her school by scoring 95% marks.

However,she could not survive to share the joy as she died while undergoing treatment at Kokilaben Ambani Hospital in Mumbai for liver infection,her family sources said.

Aarohi hailed from Pali village near Vasai.

Local MLA Vivek Pandit said that the girl’s condition became critical in the morning and she died at around 1:30 PM.
