Ahead of the second anniversary of Mumbai terror attacks,India is contemplating sending a blunt reminder to Pakistan that the perpetrators of the crime were yet to be punished with Lakshar-e-Taiba founder and mastermind Hafiz Saeed still a free man. Government sources said New Delhi is preparing a report in which it will tell Islamabad that no one has been punished in Pakistan for the worst-ever terror attack in India despite India handing over enough evidence. India will point out to Pakistan that the trial of seven 26/11 accused in that country was very slow and held up due to "unreasonable" demands made to India, including post-mortem report of all 166 dead victims and nine slain terrorists.
