BSF arrests teenage Fidayeen at Attari border

Young Pakistani boy Namun Arshad who was arrested by Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday while trying to sneak into India through international border has turned out to be Fidayeen (suicide squad member) on a recce mission for future attacks. His interrogation has revealed that he has undergone specialized trainings of Fidayeen at Peshawar and elsewhere and disclosed that there were more ‘boys’ like him who were in the line to cross into India for disruptive activities.

DIG BSF,Mohammad Aqcuil said that they had the apprehensions that the boy belonged to certain terrorist organization ever since he was arrested and after the interrogation their fears turned out to be true. ”He has revealed that his friends took him to a Madrassa Tahrik-e-Islam at Peshawar where he was trained in using pistols,revolvers and even missiles and rockets besides other explosives’’,said DIG.

Arshad himself told the media persons that he was sent to check the security system at the border. He said his eyes were covered with cloth and he was asked to cross the border where he was arrested.
