Auto driver molests a foreign girl in Ahmedabad

The victim,hailing from an East Asian country is working in a private firm here.

The incident took place yesterday night when she was returning in an auto rickshaw after a party from Vastrapur area,police said.

The auto driver forcibly took the victim to a secluded place under the guise of taking her to Shahibaug locality,they said.

The driver then coerced the foreign national to indulge in an indecent act with him and also snatched her mobile phone before fleeing the spot,police said.

A complaint in this connection was registered with the police by victim’s Indian friend this morning,they said.
