Anna’s close aide to contest elections on behalf of NCP

The party has called for formal interviews at Ahmednagar tomorrow and the NCP district unit may recommend his name for Mapari’s candidature.

Asked whether he was supporting Mapari’s choice of contesting elections on behalf of the NCP,the Gandhian said the gram sabha will take the decision.

He is not personally against or for any political party,but is expecting all the parties field candidates whose background is clean and having a clear vision and understanding of social and economic development,the anti-corruption crusader said.
