Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia have traded fireworks in the course of their campaigns for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls scheduled for Friday.
Hitting back at Priyanka, who called him a “traitor” for “betraying people by toppling the elected Congress government”, Scindia called her a “part-time leader” who should “look in the mirror” herself before targeting him.
In a post on X in Hindi, the senior BJP leader, while making a comparison between the Scindia family and the Nehru-Gandhi family, said he did not expect a “part-time” leader like Priyanka to have the “ability to understand the differences between these two traditions”.
He stated: “Before teaching a lesson about arrogance, someone that measures ability with height, please take a look at yourself in the mirror.”
