Continuing its drive against unauthorised constructions,MCD demolished illegal portions of 13 properties in the city.

Continuing its drive against unauthorised constructions,MCD today demolished illegal portions of 13 properties in the city.

Action was taken against seven properties in Najafgarh Zone,five properties in Central Zone and one property in Rohini Zone,officials said.

The MCD started acting tough against unauthorised constructions after a building with illegal floors collapsed in east Delhi in November last year killing 71 people.
