Kang objects to portions of Guv address

Kang,while expressing objection to this stated that elections of SGPC and DSGMC are for the administration of Sikh shrines and Sikh institutions being running under them. The voters in these elections are only Sikhs. The mention of winning of gurdawara committee elections,in the governor’s address clearly shows admission of Government of Punjab’s interference in the religious affairs of the community.

Kang further stated that the very mention of the elections,applauding the government of Punjab is absolutely unwarranted,inappropriate and deplorable. Kang has demanded that the paragraph be expunged.
