Couple arrested for filming unnatural sex with minors

He said it was found after investigation that Rajendra had filmed his wife Pankaj,a minor boy and a minor girl during the unnatural sexual act.

Photographs of the two minors were also taken while they were naked,he said,adding that it was being interrogated if the recordings were done with the purpose of selling them for money.

The duo have been booked under IPC section 377 (carnal intercourse against the order of nature) and section 67(B) of the IT Act (publishing obscene information in electronic form),he said.

The SP said the crime came to light when Pankaj lodged an FIR on January 5 alleging that her husband was being blackmailed by the owner of a computer shop and his associates.

She had alleged in her complaint that while repairing her husband’s laptop,the shopkeeper had taken copies of her personal photographs and was threatening to make them public,he said.

During investigation,it was revealed that the computer shop owner had taken copies of the recording and photographs of the nude minors while the laptop was given to him for repair.

He,along with his associates,blackmailed Rajendra by asking him for Rs 10 lakh for not making the recording public.

The investigation against the shopkeeper and four others is on,the SP said.
