Addressing a joint press conference,re-inducted Congress leader Vijay Singh Mankotia and partys candidate from Dharamsala Sudhir Sharma blamed the BJP government for the rise in unemployment.
The number of unemployed registered or otherwise have gone up to 16 lakh in the state of 68 lakh population in Dhumals regime, Mankotia said.
