As West Bengal gears for the upcoming Assembly elections, the BJP is all set to make their presence felt in the state. Both the TMC and the BJP is fighting the polls without an alliance. The other two parties in the state, the CPI(M) and the Congress though have not announced a formal alliance, but has come to a proper understanding to oust the TMC in power. BJP too has pitched in popular stars to counter TMC star-brigade. The party has has so far named 246 candidates out of the 294 seats in the Vidhan Sabha.
