Tamil Nadu government sets up toll free number to receive complaints

Tamil Nadu Government has set up a toll free number to receive complaints from public over excess collection of ticket charges in omni buses in view of the forthcoming festive season.

“The toll free number 1800 425 6151 is functioning from the office of the Regional Transport Commissioner. Public can make their complaints to the government through toll free number over excess collection of tickets”, an official release said.

The complaints received will be sent to the respective offices of the regional transport officer to take further action, it said.
