A 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by three men on the outskirts of the city, police said Monday. The incident took place yesterday in a shop in Gangyal area where the girl, a class VIII student, had gone to buy some sweets. She was dragged inside it by the accused where they then raped her, a police officer said. The accused were identified as Rahul Mehra, Rajan Mehra and Naresh Kumar, Station House Officer of Gangyal police station, Aijaz Ahmed said. All the accused have been arrested under various sections of rape and abduction, he said.
