“I had sent my legal opinion probably on December 7 and the CM has now ordered a CBI probe into the case after registration of an FIR by Vigilance,” Mahajan said.

The Indian Express had first reported on October 19, 2013 about the allotment of the industrial plots to those allegedly linked to the ex-CM, including the widow of his nephew, the son of his secretary, the daughter-in-law of his OSD, and the son of a close aide. In May this year, Khattar ordered a vigilance inquiry.

Despite repeated calls and SMSes sent to Hooda, he did not respond for his version.
