AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya granted bail by Saket court

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Dinesh Mohaniya, who was arrested By Delhi Police on charges of molesting a woman, was granted bail by Saket court on Wednesday.

Mohaniya’s bail plea was earlier rejected and was sent to 14-day judicial custody. He was lodged in Tihar Jail.

The vice chairman of Delhi Jal Board was picked up by police while he was addressing a press conference last week. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of declaring an “emergency in Delhi”.

Mohaniya was the eight AAP MLA to be arrested by Delhi Police since the party came to power for the second time in Delhi February 2015.
