A woman was allegedly set on fire by her in-laws for dowry in Bhawaniganj area,police said in Siddharth Nagar,Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. Sunita (25),who got married three years ago,sustained serious burn injuries in Deipar last night and she died during treatment at a hospital this morning,they said. Sunita's father Sehdev alleged that his daughter was being harassed by her husband Babloo and her in-laws,who were demanding a motorcycle in dowry,police said. Sehdev alleged that last night Babloo and his parents set Sunita on fire,they said,adding that a case on bride burning has been lodged in this regard.
