Couple hacked to death over property dispute

A couple was hacked to death with a sharp-edged weapon and their son injured following property dispute at Bishunpura village in Bihar’s Madhepura district,police sources said on Tuesday.

One Gaukaran Choudhury allegedly attacked Bishundeo Choudhury (55) and his wife Shushila Devi (48) with a sharp-edged weapon late last night,killing them on the spot,sources said.

Their son Hiralal who was injured in the attack was admitted to a government hospital for treatment,they said.

Police arrested Gaukaran this morning in connection with the incident.
