Caste bias: UGG told to submit data on Equal Opportunity Cells

The Supreme Court on Friday asked the University Grants Commission (UGC) to submit data on setting up Equal Opportunity Cells in universities and on the number of complaints received under the UGC  Regulations, 2012, and the action taken.
