Bihar: Teen shot while playing mobile game, 3 detained

Three minors have been detained after a young man was allegedly shot in the head Monday night by his friend while playing a popular mobile shooting game.

On Monday night, the victim and one of his friends were playing the game when one of the other accused allegedly shot him from behind, police said. Phulwari Sharif SHO Masood Ahmed Haidari said that the three detained were “friends of the victim”.

“Initial findings indicate that the shooting was motivated by a personal conflict between the victim and one of his friends over a romantic interest,” he said.
