Aryan Khan vs Sameer Wankhede: Delhi HC sends notice to Netflix, makers of ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’

Netflix, Red Chillies Entertainment, and others have received notices from the Delhi High Court in a defamation case filed by Sameer Wankhede.

Aryan Khan vs Sameer Wankhede: The Delhi High Court has issued summons and notices to Netflix, Red Chillies Entertainment, and others in a defamation suit. The defamation suit was filed by former Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai zonal director and IRS officer Sameer Wankhede against Aryan Khan’s show Ba****ds of Bollywood.

The high court has asked the respondents to file their replies to the interim injunction application within seven days.

Sameer Wankhede had arrested Aryan Khan in a drugs case in 2021.
