Bihar Elections 2025, Indian Railways, Amrit Bharat Train Launch: With an eye on the upcoming Bihar elections later this year, the Ministry of Railways is working full swing to further improve connectivity in the state by introducing new train services. Sitamarhi to Delhi Amrit Bharat Train Inaugural Run: Distance, Travel Time On its inaugural run today, the train number 05599 Sitamarhi-Delhi Amrit Bharat train will cover a distance of around 1100 km in 23:30 hrs. Sitamarhi to Delhi Amrit Bharat Express Inaugural Run: Stoppage During its inaugural run, the Sitamarhi to Delhi Amrit Bharat Express will stop at 14 railway stations. These are: Bairgania, Raxaul, Narkatiaganj, Sikta, Bagaha, Siswa Bazar, Kaptanganj, Gorakhpur, Basti, Gonda, Lucknow, Kanpur Central, Tundla, and Ghaziabad. Sitamarhi to Delhi Amrit Bharat Inaugural Run: Timetable, Timings On August 8, the train number 05599 Sitamarhi-Delhi Inauguration Special will leave Sitamarhi at 14:30 hrs and reach Delhi at 14:00 hrs (next day, August 9) after stopping at Bairgania at 15:15 hrs, Raxaul at 16:10 hrs, Narkatiaganj at 17:15 hrs, Bagaha at 18:20 hrs, Sisiwa Bazar at 19:55 hrs, Kaptanganj at 20:30 hrs, Gorakhpur at 21:30 hrs, Basti at 22:45 hrs, Gonda at 00:35 hrs, Lucknow at 03:40 hrs, Kanpur Central at 06:00 hrs, Tundla at 09:10 hrs and Ghaziabad at 12:15 hrs. Delhi to Sitamarhi Amrit Bharat Train Commercial Run The Delhi-Sitamarhi Amrit Bharat Express will begin its commercial run on Saturday (August 9).
