Jr NTR’s trip to Karnataka was no less than an adventure as the RRR star was accompanied by KGF director Prashant Neel and Kantara star Rishab Shetty. The trio along with their wives visited the Sri Keshavanatheshwara Temple in Moodgal, Keradi. On Monday, Rishab shared a video from their visit on his Instagram handle.
In the video, Rishab, Jr NTR, and Prashant could be seen dressed in shirts and veshti, trekking their way through the mud. The next few frames shows the trio reaching the temple which is filled with water. Tying their veshti up, they reach near the idol and take part in the puja. The video ends with them feeding the fish in the water as they head back.
On the day of his visit, Saturday, Jr NTR too shared a set of photos from his trip on Instagram. Sharing the photos, the actor wrote, “At the Sri Keshavanatheshwara Temple, Moodgal, Keradi.” In the photo, the actor can be seen posing with his wife Lakshmi Pranathi, Rishab Shetty and Prashanth Neel.
Their visit to the temple was covered by the media. During a media interaction, a reporter asked the RRR star if he will be seen in Rishab Shetty’s Kantara: Chapter 1. Jr NTR replied, “I am ready to do the film if Rishab Shetty has some plan.”
A day before his visit, the RRR star visited the Udupi Sri Krishna Matha temple in Kundapura. Sharing his experience, the actor wrote, “My mother’s forever dream of bringing me to her hometown Kundapura and seeking darshan at Udupi Sri Krishna Matha has finally come true! To make it happen just before her birthday on September 2nd is the best gift I could give her.”
On the work front, Jr NTR will be seen next in the Koratala Siva film Devara: Part 1. The movie, also starring Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles, is scheduled to release on September 27. He has also signed a film with Prashanth Neel. Meanwhile, Rishab Shetty is preparing for the sequel of his National Award-winning film Kantara.
