Manabadi TS SSC 10th Results 2024 Updates: Girls better than boys; 91.31 % pass percentage

Surprisingly, the highest number of candidates passed from Hyderabad district, with a total of 73,202 students appearing for the exam, out of which 63511 students passed the exam; securing a passing percentage of 86.76 per cent.

A total number of 4,01,458 students appeared for giving TS SSC exam in English language out of which 3,76,317 students passed the examination, scoring an overall pass percentage of 93.74 per cent.

The candidates who desire to get their marks recounted should submit Rs500 per subject within 15 days from the date of publication of results (i.e. up to May 15) .

The SSC Supplementary Examinations for June 2024 are scheduled to take place from 03.06.2024 to 13.06.2024, running from 9:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. Due to the limited time available for conducting these supplementary exams, candidates who failed in the SSC Public Examinations held in March 2024 and wish to appear for the SSC Supplementary Examinations in June 2024 may submit the examination fee without waiting for the results of recounting or re-verification.

For 3rd language exam a total of 4,85,016 students passed the examination, securing a pass percentage of 98.30 per cent. For the Mathematics exam, a total of 4,76,513 students passed the examination, securing 96.46 per cent. For the General Science exam, a total of 4,77,255 students passed the examination, recording a pass percentage of 96.60 per cent. For the Social studies exam, a total of 4,89,276 students passed the examination, securing 99.05 per cent pass percentage.

The results of a few candidates are withheld for want of certain information from the School/Spot Valuation Camp/Examination Center. These cases will be finalised and released shortly.

This is only a provisional list of Roll Numbers of the candidates who are declared eligible for the award of Secondary School Certificate by Board of Secondary Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad.

This year, in TS SSC 1st language exam a total of 4,79,634 students passed the examination, securing a 97.12 pass percentage. For the 2nd language exam, a total of 4,92,665 students pass the examination, with a pass percentage of 99.87 percent.

The minimum pass marks is 35 out of 100 marks in each subject except, Second Language. In case of 2nd Language the pass marks is 20 out of 100.

• The overall pass percentage of regular candidates in the state is 91.31%. Boys secured a pass rate of 89.42%, while girls achieved a higher pass rate of 93.23%.

Girls secured a 3.81% higher pass percentage than boys.

Private Candidates
• The pass percentage of private candidates in the state is 49.73%. Boys secured a pass rate of 47.40%, whereas girls achieved a pass rate of 54.14%.

Girls secured a pass rate 6.74% higher than boys.

The overall pass percentage for regular students of TS SSC stands at 91.31%. When broken down by gender, boys achieved a pass rate of 89.42%, while girls demonstrated a higher pass percentage of 93.23%. Notably, girls surpassed boys by 3.81% in terms of pass rates

For private students in class 10 across the state, the pass percentage stands at 49.73%. Among them, boys achieved a pass rate of 47.40%, while girls outperformed with a higher pass percentage of 54.14%. Notably, girls surpassed boys by 6.74% in terms of pass rates

Secretary Burra Venkatesham appealed to students not to be disheartened by adverse results and asked them to take recounting/re-verification in the next 15 days. "There are several successful people in life who have failed in all subjects here. I request you to approach results in a calm and relaxed manner," he said, referring to several student suicides after the declaration of Intermediate results recently. Read more

The supplementary exams for TS SSC will be conducted from June 3 to June 13

This year, boys achieved a pass percentage of 89.42%, while girls overshadowed boys with a pass rate of 93.23%. The overall pass percentage for all candidates stood at 91.31%. 

Nirmal district scores the highest pass percentage at 99.09%, Siddipet at 98.65% Rajanna Sirisilla at 98.727%. The least performer is Vikarabad 65.10%

The Telangana Board started the press conference by distributing the TS SSC result CDs to all officials and media professionals present in the press conference. Now, the officials will announce the overall pass percentage.

Telangana board SSC result 2024 will be out at 11 am at bse.telangana.gov.in, results.bsetelangana.org. The students who are not satisfied with their TS 10th result 2024 can apply for re-evaluation. The board will release the TS SSC re-evaluated results in June 2024.

Telangana SSC 2024 result declaration press conference begins

Last year, 4,84,370 TS SSC students appeared for their public exams of which 86 per cent pass.

The principal secretary to the Telangana Government (Education), Burra Venkatesham, will release the SSC Public Examinations 2024 results at 11 am at a press conference. A total of 5,08,385 students appeared for the exams held in March-April in 2,676 centres. Owing to the pandemic, the education department had decided that all students were to be promoted to class 11 in 2021, as every student was awarded the minimum passing marks.

The overall pass percentage of TS SSC exams was 100 peer cent for two years (before 2022) as no offline exams were conducted due to the Covid pandemic which has imposed a worldwidelockdown. Due to this, students were assessed through internal assessments.

In 2022, Siddipet had recorded the highest pass percentage, while Hyderabad had the lowest (79.63 per cent).

The details of TS SSC reevaluation and supplementary exams has not been announced yet, and will be made public soon after the result is declared. The students who are unable to get a passing grade in the results announced will be able to avail this second chance.

In 2023, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) and state’s education ministry joined forces to provide free bus rides for all students who appeared for SSC exams. To avail the free bus pass, students had to show their TS SSC hall ticket before boarding the vehicle.

The roll number would be needed to check the TS SSC result today at 11 am, which will also be mentioned on the admit cards that were issued to students before their exam started.

Students have to score 35 per cent to pass TS SSC exams, and they also need to clear their practical and theory parts separately for the subjects which had practical exams too.

In 2023, the state education minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy declared the SSC results at the Godavari Auditorium, SCERT Complex, Hyderabad in a result press conference. however, thsi time, she might not be hosting the press conference because of the moral code of conduct, which is in place due to the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.
