JAC 12th Result 2024 Updates: Scorecards out at jacresults.com; meet the toppers

In the commerce stream JAC Class 12 exam, the pass percentage among the girl students is 93.46 per cent, while it is 88.40 per cent in boys. The overall pass percentage in commerce is 90.60 per cent. 

In the arts stream, the pass percentage in girls is 96.87 per cent, and among boys, it is 95.40 per cent. The pass percentage in the JAC Class 12 arts stream is 96.26 per cent.

This year, the Jharkhand Board Class 12 arts exam was taken by a total of 2,21,855 students. Of them, as many as 2,06,685 students passed the exam, securing a passing percentage of  93.16 per cent.

Out of the total 25,644 students appearing in commerce stream, 23,235 students passed the Jharkhand board exam this year making a pass percentage of 90.60 per cent. Of the ones passing JAC Class 12 commerce exam, 14,494 candidates were male and 11,150 were female.

Top five performing district in Jharkhand board arts exam 2024 --

1 – Imdega with a passing percentage of – 98.830 per cent. 

2 – Khunti with a passing percentage of – 97.800 per cent 

3 – Kodarma with a passing percentage of – 97.480 per cent 

4 – Gumla with a passing percentage of – 96.920 per cent 

5 –  Hazaribagh with a passing percentage of – 96.770 per cent

In the Arts stream, a total of 2,06,685 students passed with a pass percentage of 93.7%. About 40.78% students got the first division.

For Jharkhand Board intermediate results 2024 arts streams, all the top three performing students are female candidates

Top Performer: Zeenat Parween of Govt. (+2) High School Kankei - 472 marks

Second Position: Bahamani Dhan of S S (+2) High School Khunti - 466 marks

Third Position: Shristi Kumari of Ursuline Inter College, Ranchi -458 marks

This year, all the top three performing students are from Ursuline Inter College, Ranchi

In the JAC Class 12th result 2024, the passing marks are 23 out of 70 and 33 out of 100 in respective subjects. The JAC results are declared at a press conference in Ranchi. The results are out at jacresults.com.

In JAC inter exams, the pass percentage is at 85.48%. As per JAC officials, in the science stream, 68,203 out of 94,433 students passed, taking the pass percentage at 72.70%. A total of 61% students' got the first division.

The JAC Class 12 results are awaited. 

Around 4 lakh JAC students who took the Jharkhand Class 12 board exam will get their results today from the official website.

Step 3: Enter your credentials like registration number or roll number, name and date of birth.

Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen.

Yes, official websites of JAC can crash due to high traffic. In 2020 too, the result link was activated after 30 minutes of result declaration as the official websites were experiencing technical snags.

Once released, students will be able to check marks at the official websites — jacresults.com, jac.jharkhand.gov.in, jac.nic.in and indiaresults.com. 

The login details may include details like registration number, roll number, date of birth and other such information.

To pass the exam, students need to score at least 30 per cent marks. The passing marks rules apply to each subject separately as well as on the entire result an aggregate. Students will have to pass both the practical and theoretical aspects of the results.

Whether or not the results will be available via SMS is still not clear. However, last year, students had the option of checking their results via SMS. To do so, students had to follow the given format:

In the Commerce stream, a total of 16179 boys enrolled for the exams, 15900 appeared and 13836 students cleared the exams. A total of 10612 boys ha achieved first division, 3169 had second division, and 55 boys had got third division.

A total of 12482 girl students appeared for the inter exams in the Commerce streams, out of 12634 registered girl candidates. Out of these, 11311 students had passed, of which 9279 achieved first division, 1993 girl students got second division and 39 girls got third division.

In Arts, 2,25,946 students registered of which 2,16,851 had passed the exam taking the overall pass percentage to 95.97 per cent.

In 2023, 97051 students scored first division, followed by 113018 students in the second division and 6782 students in the third division.

As many as 3,44,822 students registered in JAC Class 12 exams this year. While 94,433 candidates appeared in the Class 12 JAC science exam, 25,907 students were enrolled in commerce and 2,24,502 in arts.

Students will be able to download the soft copies of the JAC Class 12 results today. However, the hard copies of the Class 12 Jharkhand board results can be collected from the respective schools later.

The Jharkhand Academic Council will first announce the Cass 12 JAC 2024 exam results in a press conference at 11 am in the Ranchi headquarters. After that, the scorecard link will be available at the official website — jacresults.com.

Yes. The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) will announce the Class 12 results for all the streams today. Last year, the JAC Class 12 science result was announced on May 23 and the arts and commerce results on May 30.
