The Indira Gandhi Open University (IGNOU) today extended the registration deadline of January admission cycle 2024 for open and distance learning (ODL) programmes. Interested candidates can apply at the official website — ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
As per the updated timeline, students now have time till February 29 to apply for the January 2024 admission cycle.
Step 1: Visit the official IGNOU website — onlinerr.ignou.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘new registration’ button available on the homepage to register. If you have already registered on the portal, you may use your username and password to log in.
Step 3: Then, choose your courses (wherever option is given) carefully
Step 4: Fill in all the required details, and make online payment.
Step 5: Submit the form and save the page for future reference.
The re-registration for January 2024 had commenced from December 5, and was scheduled to conclude on January 29. It was then extended till February 15 and now till February 29.
In case candidates face difficulty in registering on the portal, they can approach the regional centre for re-setting of their account/updating email ID or mobile number.
