PUNE: CBI special court of D R Mahajan,on Monday,granted time to CBI till May 4 to file its say on former Army vice-chief Lt Gen Nobel Thamburaj's anticipatory bail plea in an alleged defence land scam. The time was granted after CBI speical prosecutor Vivek Saxena told the court that investigating officer Rajpal Singh was out of Pune. Thamburaj was granted ad-interim relief in March after which he had applied for an anticipatory bail.
