Flyers took to social media to complain about their inconvenienceA Dubai-Pune SpiceJet flight was cancelled at the last moment on Wednesday morning, leaving flyers frustrated. Flight SG-52 on September 17 was cancelled due to a technical issue and flyers were accommodated on alternate flights or provided refunds, according to the airline.
Flyers took to social media to complain about their inconvenience. They complained that the flight supposed to depart at 12:05 am was first delayed till 1:35 am and then finally cancelled at 3 am. They alleged that the airline initially failed to provide any updates to the passengers waiting at the airport, and later informed them about an ‘oil’ leak. Social media users also complained about the lack of response or support from the staff.
