Pune: 25 vehicles damaged in group clash

As the dispute worsened, a group armed with wooden sticks, stones and cement blocks created terror in Kailas Nagar at around 1 am damaging private vehicles.

A group of men went on the rampage and damaged about 25 private vehicles in Thergaon in the early hours of Saturday.

Police suspect the ruckus to be a fallout of group rivalry. Police said two local groups have been battling each other in Kailas Nagar and Dagdu Patil Nagar in Thergaon.

As the dispute worsened, a group armed with wooden sticks, stones and cement blocks created terror in Kailas Nagar at around 1 am damaging private vehicles.

After sometime, the rival group is suspected to have attacked by damaging vehicles at around 2.30 am.
