PMC’s monthly parking rates

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has decided to issue monthly pass of Rs 100 to residents who park their four-wheelers in the pay-and-park zone close to their respective buildings.

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has decided to issue monthly pass of Rs 100 to residents who park their four-wheelers in the pay-and-park zone close to their respective buildings.

The civic administration has launched the pay-and-park service in major roads of the city to discourage private vehicles parking on city roads. However, the residents of the old buildings without any parking facility had been protesting against the move saying it was improper to charge them since they stay in the vicinity.

“The civic administration will charge Rs 100 per month from local residents where pay-and-park service have started,” PMC statement said.
