History sheeters nabbed by police

The special investigation team of Pune police crime branch arrested two history sheeters for possession of firearms on Friday. The suspects have been identified Sunil Manohar Deshpande (50),resident of Janta Vasahat,Parvati and Sagar Popat Kadam (26),of Bhosari.

Acting on a tip-off to police naik Pradeep Jambhale,the police team nabbed the duo at Pashan with possession of two pistols and four live cartridges,worth Rs 70,000.

Police said that suspect Deshpande was earlier booked five crimes,while Kadam has booked in one criminal case. Investigation team comprises of inspector Bhanupratap Barge,assistant sub inspector Deepak Desai,Pradeep Jambhale,Kashinath Ubhe,Pandurang Wanjale,Sharad Jadhav,Avinash Kadam.
