Unseeded Gogate wins women’s title

In the Veteran Single Final fifth seeded Manu Baria of Mumbai prevailed over eight seeded Giridhar Bhoj (Young Stars Trust,Virar) in a thrilling three games encounter 25-18,12-25,25-18 to lift the title for first time. In the Junior Boy’s single final Abhishek Bharti of Mumbai easily prevailed over Vishal Parmar also of Mumbai 11-25,25-12,25-7 in a thrilling three games encounter to clinch the title for first time. In the Junior Girl’s final Top seeded Radhika Joshi of Thane outplayed fourth seeded Mayuri Bhamre of Dhule 25-6,14-25,25-10 in a thrilling three game encounter to annexe the title for first time.
