Uddhav to begin 2-day Vidarbha tour from today
During the two-day trip, the Sena (UBT) chief and former Maharashtra CM will also visit Nagpur and Akola before flying back to Mumbai.

AMID THE political turmoil in Maharashtra after the split in NCP engineered by party leader and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and a year after the split in his own party in June last year, Shiv Sena (UBT) president Uddhav Thackeray will begin a two-day tour of Vidarbha, considered to be a BJP stronghold, from Sunday.
Uddhav will reach Amravati on Sunday. He will visit Yavatmal and Washim on the first day. In Yavatmal, he will also visit the famous Pohradevi temple, which is a pilgrimage site of the Banjara community. He will address a rally at Pohradevi.
During the two-day trip, the Sena (UBT) chief and former Maharashtra CM will also visit Nagpur and Akola before flying back to Mumbai.
During the visit, Uddhav will interact with party functionaries and also address party workers at several places in the Vidarbha region. Many party workers have planned mini rallies for Uddhav’s visit at different locations. “The preparations for the tour are on and it has boost the morale of party workers in Vidarbha region,” said a party functionary.
