UAPA accused seeks discharge in murder case

One of the accused in the murder of Amravati-based chemist Umesh Kolhe has sought discharge from the case that invoked Unlawful (Activities) Prevention Act (UAPA), stating there is no evidence to show that the accused were members of organisation Tablighi Jamaat or that it is a banned group.
