A 23-year-old student of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai was found dead at his rented apartment on Saturday morning, with police saying he had consumed alcohol the previous night at a freshers’ party in Vashi.
According to police, the deceased student Anurag Jaiswal from Lucknow was pursuing a degree in Human Resources at TISS. He had attended a party with 150 friends at a hotel in Vashi on Friday night. An officer said that as per his roommates, he had consumed alcohol at the party.
