The Juhu police will on Monday start summoning the 42 persons,who tested positive for drugs in the second batch of drug test results. Police have,however,still not decided how they will approach in the case of IPL cricketers Rahul Sharma and Wayne Parnell who tested positive and are at present out of the country. Arun Bhagat,senior inspector,Juhu police,said people will be called in for questioning from Monday,booked for consumption of drugs and subequently arrested. Since it is a bailable offence,they may get bail soon after their arrest. When asked about the two cricketers,Bhagat said,We will decide about the two later,however,for now we will start questioning those present in the city. Meanwhile,an officer said the procedure in cases of those outside the country will be decided by top officers. Of the 44 persons whose results appeared in the second batch,only two,both women,tested negative. Thirty-five tested positive for cannabis related drugs,four for cannabis related drugs and MDMA (ecstacy) and three for cocaine and cannabis related drugs. In the first and second reports,86 have tested positive for drugs. The police had also recovered 110 gm of cocaine from the Oakwood Hotel where the party was going on when the raid was carr dout. Apart from the drug tests,police had also asked for alcohol tests as the guests were booked under the Prohibition Act.
