Marushka Mafatlal allowed to travel abroad

Marushka is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management for the past one year from the London School of Fashion Designing. Since it is her second year,she wanted to attend regular classes,which started from September 22.

The application was moved following a complaint by her stepmother Sheetal. In her complaint against Marushka,mother-in-law Madhuri and brother-in-law Ajay,Sheetal has alleged constant harassment,mental and physical cruelty and baseless slander from her husband.

Seeking permission to travel, Marushka had specifically mentioned that she would return to India whenever called by the investigating officer.

Marushka,daughter of Atulya from his first wife Payal,has accused Sheetal of “causing immense loss to the family by removing priceless family heirlooms from the house without permission from other family members”.
