According to a Government Resolution (GR) issued by the School Education Department of Maharashtra, in this regard, this initiative will require coordination between various education-related departments of the state starting from school to higher education, medical as well as technical education and also skill education as the requirement of manpower will be in diverse set of professions.

As the GR chalks out a detailed plan for the pilot project, it informs about formation of three types of committees to enable coordination between departments for effective implementation of the MoU.

“While there will be a state-level committee for coordination between departments, there will be different technical committees formed as per the professional training requirements of the trade. For example, for skill-training of individuals in healthcare, a committee will be formed under medical education department whereas for training to work as electrician, hotel manager, house-keeper among all, a dedicated committee from technical education department will facilitate training. And finally, there will be district-level committees to implement training,” stated the GR adding that Goethe Institute, which is reputed and recognised world-wide for German language education, will impart the language training to candidates.
