Disha Salian’s father approaches Mumbai police, lawyer seeks FIR

The Mumbai police had earlier probed the matter and concluded it was a case of suicide and no foul play was involved in the matter

Celebrity manager Disha Salian’s father Satish Salian along with advocate Nilesh Ojha went to meet Mumbai police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar on Tuesday seeking an FIR be registered in the death of Disha Salian on June 8, 2020.

Speaking to the media later, Ojha said, “Today, we have given a written complaint to the CP office, and the Joint Commissioner (Crime) accepted it. Our complaint is against Aaditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, Suraj Pancholi and his bodyguard, Parambir Singh; Sachin Vaze, and Rhea Chakraborty are all accused in this FIR. Parambir Singh was the main mastermind for the cover-up in this case.”

The Mumbai police had earlier probed the matter and concluded it was a case of suicide and no foul play was involved in the matter.

Last week, the CBI that was probing the Sushant Singh Rajput death case gave a clean chit to Rhea among others who had been named in the case as accused. Rajput died by suicide a week after Salian’s death.
