A 50-year-old man was arrested by the Sewri police on Monday for allegedly running over a four-year-old boy with his truck. The driver has been identified as Gulabsingh Rawat. The police said the incident took place around 3 pm on Monday on the New Tank Road in Sewri. Rawat ran over the truck on Vishal Pillai. Though the boy was rushed to J J Hospital,he was declared dead, said a police officer.
