‘Attack on Hindu temple’: VHP, Bajrang Dal workers protest outside Canadian embassy

Members of Bajrang Dal and Vishva Hindu Parishad Wednesday held a demonstration outside the Canadian Embassy in Mumbai against pro-Khalistan separatists targeting the Hindu Sabha Mandir in Brampton, Ontario.

“Hindu and Sikh communities are not different. With India emerging as a powerful leader globally, there is a plan to tarnish the image of our country and trigger unrest. This is being done to brainwash the minds of young Canadian Indians,” VHP spokesperson and Konkan region in charge Shriraj Nair told media persons.

“Considering cordial relations between India and Canada, we don’t harbour any hate or enmity against Canada. The VHP urges to Canadian government, through a memorandum, to take measures to stop the growing attacks on Hindu temples,” he added.
