A day after OBC leaders from opposition Congress denounced the aggressive language used by Maharashtra minister and senior OBC leader Chhagan Bhujbal, the latter on Tuesday said that irrespective of political ideology, he expects others to continue working for the community. "My only expectation from OBC leaders is that they should keep working for the community irrespective of party affiliation or ideology. It doesn't matter if I am alone. I will continue working for OBCs without worrying about the outcome. Whoever joins will be taken along," said Bhujbal. “No community should take an extremist side. If this (Bhujbal’s) statement is taken seriously and communities clash against each other at the village level, then who will be responsible for it? The progressive and secular Maharashtra had never faced such animosity within the communities,” Wadettiwar had said. He had even advised Bhujbal to quit power if he cannot solve the problems despite being in power. Bhujbal maintained that he, never advocate violence.
