The body of a 19-year-old boy,who was missing for the past 10 days,was found inside the Sanjay Gandhi National Park on Sunday. The remains of the boys body were found near the lake in the Lion safari area. The police said the body had been gnawed by wild animals. According to the Kasturba Marg police,Sanjesh Jamu Borle,who lived in Gandhi Nagar in Borivali west,was studying mobile repairing at the Kohinoor Technical Institute and had left home on September 19 to go to his institute. However,when he did not return till the next day,his parents filed a missing persons complaint at the Kasturba Marg police station. At around 11.30 am on Sunday,the Kasturba Marg police received a call from Pradeep Pandya,who was on his way to the Gavdevi temple near the safari area of the National Park. On reaching the spot,the police found the boys decomposed body. The police have sent the body for post-mortem to the Bhagwati Hospital and are awaiting reports. Rajendra Thakur,senior police inspector of Kasturba Marg police station,said the boy used to wander off inside the national park often. The police are now enquiring if he was alone at the time.
