Punjab Agricultural Universitys Society for advancement of academics,sports and cultural activities (SAASCA) organised a special lecture on Cancer Awareness on Friday. Dr Devinder Singh Sandhu,executive chairman of Cancer Council of India gave a detailed account of cancer,its causes and prevention measures. He said every year 76 lakh people die of cancer.
