Jet Crash In Farrukhabad: A private jet, registered as VT-DEZ, crashed in Uttar Pradesh's Farrukhabad on Thursday, October 9. The plane reportedly veered off the runway during take off after the pilots lost control. The incident was reported around 10.30 am from an airstrip located in Kotwali Mohammadabad area. After veering off the runway, the plane crashed into some bushes nearby. Who were on the jet? The managing director of an under-construction beer factory in Farrukhabad's industrial area was on the flight when the incident occurred. He was in the city to inspect the project site. The sub-divisional magistrate rushed to the spot of the crash to assess the situation. District Magistrate Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi was quoted as saying by PTI, "The private jet carrying the MD of an under-construction factory lost control during takeoff and went into nearby bushes. Fortunately, all occupants are safe and no injuries have been reported."
