Insiders in the party do not rule out the possibility of the party’s decision to seek resignation from all ministers. “It may enable the CM to allocate new departments to ministers under the changed situation,” a leader said.

On Monday, the vice-chairmen and the members of the state government’s various corporations and boards resigned.

Mayawati has also dissolved the party’s district and the assembly committee, though the presidents of the committees will hold their posts for now. She has also dissolved all Bhaichara committees across the state. The new committees will be formed keeping the delimitation in mind, the leader said.
